2026 Annual Tax Sale Notice
Pursuant to Section 254 of the Community Charter and Sections 645 and 647 of the Local Government Act, notice is hereby given that the District of Port Edward Annual Tax Sale will be held on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, District Office, 770 Pacific Avenue, Port Edward, B.C.
Unless full payment of the outstanding delinquent taxes, together with the applicable interest calculated to the date of payment, is received prior to the Annual Tax Sale, the properties listed in the attached notice will be offered for sale by public auction.
