Fireworks that have been designed as allowable for use may be used only with a permit. Low hazard fireworks are for consumers and designed for recreational use, and high hazard fireworks are for professionals and are used in large displays.

I hereby make an application for a Fireworks Display in accordance with the above-stated information and declare that the statements are true and correct. I agree, if granted a permit, to comply with all relevant bylaws now in force or which may come into force in the District of Port Edward.
