The District of Port Edward is aware of the reported incident at AltaGas.

Authorities have confirmed that the leak is currently under control, and there is no risk to Port Edward at this time.

Please remain on standby for any further updates as the situation is monitored closely.

As a reminder, the District has a comprehensive evacuation plan in place and will provide assistance to the community if needed.
